Security is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The author is not responsible for any data loss, server damage, user errors, or misuse of this bot, including but not limited to administrative actions, bans, or moderation actions executed by the bot. Users are responsible for configuring and operating Security safely and legally.
Usage Terms:
Security is intended solely for use on Discord servers where you have proper authorization.
Features that affect server data, users, or channels (e.g., moderation, anti-nuke, auto-ban) must be used responsibly.
Any commands that could harm server integrity (e.g., mass deletion, bans) require explicit consent from server owners.
Redistribution or resale of Security without written permission is forbidden.
By using Security, you agree to comply with all terms above. DaniDema reserves the right to update these terms and take legal action in cases of violation.

Terms of Service for Security – Discord Bot

Welcome to Security (the “Bot”). By inviting, accessing, or using Security on any Discord server, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Security, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord) and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your server. You acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the owner/developer of Security, DaniDema.

2. Description of Service
Security is designed to provide server protection, moderation, anti-nuke features, auto-ban, anti-spam, anti-raid, logging, and other utilities for Discord servers. Features may evolve, be updated, or removed over time at the discretion of the developer.

3. Use of the Bot
You agree to:
Use Security responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Discord rules.
Not use Security to harm other servers, users, or systems.
Ensure that you have proper authorization to run Security on any Discord server.

4. Backup and Data
Security may create backups, logs, or other temporary data to function correctly. These backups can be deleted, intentionally or accidentally, by the bot or by server administrators.
The developer does not guarantee the permanence or integrity of backups or stored data.
Users accept the possibility of data loss, including logs, backups, or server settings, and agree not to hold the developer responsible.

5. Malfunctions, Downtime, and Interruptions
Security is provided “as is.” It may experience temporary downtime, crashes, or automatic restarts.
Features may fail or behave unexpectedly, and the bot may temporarily stop working due to server issues, Discord outages, updates, or bugs.
Users accept that these interruptions can occur at any time and that the developer is not liable for lost functionality during these periods.

6. Limitations and Risks
Security may encounter memory limitations or technical errors, which can result in unexpected behavior or loss of data.
The bot may restart automatically or shut down to protect itself or due to internal errors.
Users acknowledge that using the bot carries inherent risks, including accidental data loss, misapplied moderation actions, or temporary unavailability.

7. Disclaimers & No Warranty
Security is provided without any warranty, express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee continuous operation, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Security may malfunction, fail, or provide incomplete services. Users accept these risks as part of using the bot.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Security shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Security. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data, backups, or settings
Damage to servers or server configurations
Lost time, revenue, or opportunities
Any actions executed by the bot, such as bans, kicks, or moderation events

9. Termination
The developer reserves the right to suspend, remove, or disable access to Security at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the bot immediately ends, and the developer is not responsible for recovering any lost data, backups, or settings.

10. Modifications to Terms
The developer may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Security after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the territory in which DaniDema resides.
Any dispute arising from the use of Security shall be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
